Socitm Advisory are independent consultants for the public sector. We drive innovation and improve public services through effective technology and expert consultancy advice.

Established 6 years ago, we have ambitious growth plans. Our people and their passion for improving public services are central to delivering this. Socitm Advisory are not just for profit. To date we have re-invested £1.3 million into our membership organisation, Socitm, providing local government initiatives, training, development, new products and services.

If you are ready for a new challenge with a non-target driven private sector organisation wanting to make a difference, then you could be interested in what we have to offer.

As Business Change Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of a range of transformative initiatives helping customers adapt to a significant change to their working practice and processes. As an experienced change manager, you will undertake the skills and processes it takes to make change happen to make it last.

You will act as the bridge between the technical subject matter experts and the end-customer and will therefore need to be an enthusiastic individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will be a strong and clear communicator utilising traditional change management skills in high-pressure environments. You will be a proactive, organised and results-driven individual who uses their initiative to develop effective solutions to problems - always keeping the citizen at the front and centre of solutions. It is essential that you are an effective leader and educator with demonstrable experience in delivery projects under practical and logical methodology.
