We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a HR Business Partner, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful contribution driving initiatives, shaping the organisation culture, and leading improvement projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the development of a contemporary progressive EDI strategy that is integrated into our People Strategy
     

  • Develop a DEI&B agenda, creating and driving data driven initiatives, making a demonstrable impact on key metrics
     

  • Contribute to the creation of a high-performance culture, focusing on measurement, adoption of TMM processes and systems and high-performance behaviour development
     

  • Build a first-year programme for new joiners to ensure first year success in performance, engagement, wellbeing, and retention
     

  • Influence and shape and organisational culture
     

  • Deliver manager and individual capability improvement initiatives delivering demonstrable results
     

  • Analyse data and insights and collaboratively create real practical solutions to issues that are preventing retention or high performance
     

  • Partnering with senior leaders, stakeholders and line managers and bring considerable influence building high quality partner relationships and leveraging these to further HR strategic aims and priorities
     

  • Be highly credible with the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Board

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience at HR Business Partner level within a medium-large sized commercially led organisation with a track record of implementing Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing programmes as part of the overall HR strategy
     

  • Demonstrable HR generalist experience with specialist knowledge around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, in addition to experience in implementing Health and Wellbeing programmes within a fast-paced organisation
     

  • Demonstrable experience in Employee Relations, HR organisational development, leadership level communications and driving change/programmes gained within a complex a fast-paced organisation
     

  • Previous exposure to business planning and delivery of commercially focused KPIs
     

  • Through experience you will be a specialist Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practices
     

  • Knowledge of managing within a compliant people data operation ensuring data is stored and used securely whilst also ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection, data retention policies and GDPR
     

  • Ability to set the agenda and proactively manage/monitor delivery, balancing competing priorities
     

  • Ability to be self-sufficient and make decisions independently, exercising sound judgement, high levels of integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks
     

  • A high level of influencing and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management skills
