We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant/ Project Manager to join our ERP Practice and support in leading our ERP strategy and delivery across our UK-wide client base.

As a result of our continued growth, achieved through winning and delivering multiple programmes across the UK, we now have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic consultant to help expand further our ERP offering, where you will help execute with you team. Deployed across the breadth of our portfolio, you will be working with some of the best and most high-profile organisations within the public and not for profit sector, and you will enjoy helping them evolve their ways of working.
You will be comfortable deploying into customers in as advisory capacity and utilising your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with them to define the best possible solutions.
Manage and liaise with clients to identify new and changing business requirements and opportunities
Leadership as a trusted and credible advisory for ERP solution project management
Conduct due diligence on solutions design to ensure proposals meet client requirements
As an ERP Project Manager, develop, plan and implement the ERP system
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for the ERP system project
Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP requirements to meet organisational needs

To be successful in this role you will have:
Significant experience in delivering ERP projects (Oracle Fusion preferable)
Experience either having worked within a Management Consultancy or directly with local government
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
Enjoy working in an open and collaborative environment, supporting all areas of the business where you can add value
